As we specialize in handpicked and artisan tableware, please allow 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) for us to carefully prepare your order after payment confirmation. This ensures every ceramic, glass, and cutlery set meets our high standards before shipment.

1.2 Order Verification
To protect your transaction, some orders may undergo a standard security check, which could extend processing by up to 1 business day. We will contact you promptly if any issues arise.

5. Shipment Tracking & Delivery

5.1 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking details and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

5.2 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the address provided that subsequently go missing. For international shipments, ensure the recipient is available to coordinate with customs if required.

5.3 Failed Deliveries
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or unpaid customs fees will require additional reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

6. Issue Resolution

6.1 Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at 1352661306@qq.com. We will immediately launch an investigation with the shipping carrier.

6.2 Damage During Transit
Despite our protective packaging, if your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photographs of the damaged products and packaging to claims@buyselect.com for prompt resolution.
