1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and show no signs of wear or damage
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and included
- Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Products that have been used, washed, or show any wear
- Items with damaged or missing original packaging
2. How to Return
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at 1352661306@qq.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity you wish to return
- Reason for return
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Designated return address
Returns without an RA number cannot be processed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all original documents and tags
- Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package
- We recommend using tracked and insured shipping
3. Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process eligible refunds within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective items received
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items shipped by us

5. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for store credit only, provided they meet all return conditions. Regular-priced items qualify for full refunds.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive:

- Wrong item
- Defective merchandise

- Detailed description of the issue

We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
